Paige Bukovac Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
I’m Paige, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), and I believe therapy begins with feeling safe enough to show up exactly as you are.
I offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where we can slow down, get curious, and make sense of what you’re experiencing. I work primarily with individuals and have a special interest in supporting people navigating ADHD, anxiety, grief, trauma, burnout, emotional overwhelm, and major life transitions.
My approach is grounded in connection and integrates somatic therapy, DBT, attachment-based therapy, and parts work. I believe our minds and bodies are deeply connected, and that meaningful healing comes from understanding ourselves with compassion rather than judgment.
My hope is to help you feel more grounded, build greater emotional regulation, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels authentic and sustainable. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin—I’ll meet you where you are and walk alongside you from there.

MSW.RSW
I’m Ruth, a Registered Social Worker & Clinical Supervisor. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and that therapy is less about someone having all the answers and more about having someone walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and respect.
I offer a warm, client-centred space where you can slow down, feel supported, and explore whatever you may be carrying. My work is trauma-informed and holistic, with a focus on helping people navigate trauma, grief, stress, relationships, life transitions, and the ways our experiences can shape how we move through the world.
I have a special interest in supporting first responders, couples, families, and survivors of trauma and intimate partner violence. My approach draws from EMDR, attachment-based therapy, DBT, and other trauma-informed practices, with a focus on nervous system regulation and creating a deeper connection between mind and body.
I offer individual and couples therapy, family work, groups, and clinical supervision. I also strive to create an inclusive space where every part of your identity is respected and honoured.
My hope is that therapy can be a place where you feel genuinely seen, supported, and empowered—and where you can reconnect with your own wisdom as you move toward healing and growth.

BA. MSW. RSW. Clinical Lead. Social Worker
I’m Gabriella, a Registered Social Worker, Clinical Supervisor, and founder of The Wellness Hive. I believe healing is about more than simply learning to cope—it’s about reconnecting with yourself, your body, and the parts of you that already hold so much strength and wisdom.
I offer a warm, inclusive, and grounded space where you can slow down, feel supported, and explore what’s underneath the stress, trauma, or patterns that may be keeping you stuck. My approach honours the connection between mind and body and integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic approaches, EMDR, Brainspotting, and other trauma-informed practices.
I have a special interest in supporting first responders, individuals navigating trauma and PTSD, and LGBTQ+ clients. I offer individual, couples and family therapy, as well as clinical supervision and groups. I also draw from my background in yoga, mindfulness, and Reiki to support a more holistic approach to healing.
My hope is to help you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered as you move through whatever season of life you’re in.

Stephanie Ngan
I’m Steph, a student therapist under supervision, and I believe therapy can be a space where you don’t have to have all the answers—you simply get to begin where you are.
I love creating warm, collaborative spaces where you can feel safe to explore, feel, and get curious about the different parts of yourself. My approach is gentle, trauma-informed, and non-pathologizing, with a focus on helping you reconnect with your body, your emotions, and your own inner wisdom.
I draw from somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, and Qigong, weaving together evidence-informed practices with an intuitive, embodied approach. Together, we might explore the ways your body communicates, the patterns that have helped you cope, and the parts of you that may be ready to be understood in a new way.
I’m especially interested in supporting people navigating self-esteem and self-criticism, life transitions, emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and a desire to feel more present and connected in their lives.
My hope is to offer a space where you can slow down, exhale, and meet yourself with a little more curiosity and compassion.

BSW, MSW, RSW, PhD Student
I’m Kate, a Registered Social Worker, Clinical Supervisor, and PhD student. I believe therapy is a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment, without needing to have all the answers, and without having to pretend that everything is okay.
I take a gentle, collaborative approach, meeting you where you are and drawing from approaches like somatic therapy, attachment-based therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. I’m especially passionate about supporting people navigating substance use, complex mental health, life transitions, and the unique experiences of first responders and healthcare professionals.
As an ally to the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, I strive to create a space where every part of your identity is welcomed and respected. I also support individuals, families and loved ones who are impacted by a family member’s substance use.
I believe healing can hold both depth and humour. Life can be heavy enough, and therapy doesn’t always have to be serious. My hope is to offer a space where you can feel seen, find some self-compassion, and take the next step forward—whatever that looks like for you.
